If you are not happy with the quality of the paper delivered to you, feel free to send your essay back for a free revision. You can send your request within 14 days after the delivery of your order to get a free revision.
Our Revision Policy in Short
According to our Revision Policy, you can send the delivered paper for revision as many times as you wish within 14 days after the paper was delivered if you are not satisfied with the quality of the paper delivered. Make sure your Revision instructions do not contradict your initial instructions.
The Revision Deadline cannot be less than 24 hours and thus you should place your order with a shorter Deadline to have some additional timeframe to check the delivered file and request a revision if some changes are needed.
Your revision deadline might be extended if the time frame you paid for allows the extension on a writer’s request. The writer might require more time to work on your paper
Terms of Our Revision Policy
Apart from delivering high-quality papers, we offer free revisions on all our orders in case of dissatisfaction. We will revise your paper free of charge as long as it meets our revision criteria as follows.
Consistent instructions- When placing your order, make sure you have provided all the essential guidelines. Once your order has been delivered as per your initial instructions, we will not be held liable for any mistakes emerging from missing instructions.
Proper revision request- A proper revision request is placed by pressing the “Request revision" button on your order page. Any revision requests sent by email or call will be ignored until the special revision request button is used.
14 days deadline- Upon the approval of your order, you have 14 days to send your free revision request.
21 days deadline for long orders and orders with a progressive delivery feature- For long orders with a 12 to 14 days deadline or more and orders with a progressive delivery, you can send your revision request within 21 days from the initial approval.
If your order was delivered before the deadline, you can still place your order for revision as you do not have to wait for the deadline to pass. This will give us enough time to revise your paper.
How can I send my order for a free revision?
The only acceptable way to request a revision on our website is by pressing the “Send for a Revision” button on your order page if the option is available. This should be done within 14 days from the time you approved your order.
You can as well send your revision request via email or you can live chat with our online agents if the "Send for Revision" option is not available. In any case, we will do our best to ensure you get the best results and experience any time you work with us.
NB: You do not have the right to request a free revision for a paper with an unresolved dispute.
How to Request Revisions
Once the final draft of your order has been delivered to your order page open it and review it. If all is satisfactory, you simply click the “approve paper” button and it will be downloadable to your computer or device.
If you need a revision, click the “Send for revision” button. This is the first and only acceptable way to request a revision. A field will open up for you to type in exactly what you want to be changed.
Always request changes in the form of writing. You can send your revision instructions via email to our email address. After sending the email, you can follow up by making a call or chatting with our online agents.
You can also request changes through live chat after pressing the “Send for revision” button. If you are requested to provide more details, feel free to discuss them exclusively in the email so that your writer can understand what you need to be revised.
Once the writer is done revising your paper, it is placed on your order page again for the same procedure as before. If you are happy with the revised copy, you can approve and download it.
In case of a complex and lengthy revision request, we ask you to contact our customer care desk with the details of your revision. We want to understand your revision instruction before we can request your writer to start working on it.
Whenever you ask us to revise your paper, you have the right to request the paper be assigned to a different writer. If a writer is available, we will be happy to honor this request
Need a Change of Writer
If you want a different writer to work on your order, worry not as we do offer such services. Feel free to contact our support team and tell them your requirements if you need us to switch the writer for you. However, there are certain conditions if you wish to have new writers which are:
If the instructions are similar to the previous one, you don't need to pay any additional cost for the change in writers.
You must be in a position to show that the writer did not meet the instructions you mentioned in the order form.
If you request us to assign the revision of your paper to a different writer, you might be required to extend your revision deadline by up to 12 hours. This will give us time to find the right expert to revise your paper. The writer will as well get enough time to work on your order.
When will I be requested to pay an extra fee?
When you miss the deadline for a free revision request. If you missed the 14 days or 21 days deadline depending on the nature of your order, we can still revise your paper at a small fee.
If your paper needs major enhancements. Major enhancements might require your paper to be written from scratch or have large parts of the paper changed. In this case, you will be required to pay an extra fee.
In case of a change in the initial instructions. Your paper can be revised at a fee if you need a revision after changing your initial instructions. The fee will depend on the amount of revision required.
